Increasing emotional resilience is the natural way to resolve emotional imbalances like anger, sadness, fear, and emotional numbness, and heal deep emotional and core belief wounds.
Our nonprofit will help you find safe, effective online care to help you get unstuck, and funding support if you can’t afford it.
Coping includes a number of techniques to distract you from your emotional discomfort. Years of focusing on “coping” has left people feeling overwhelmed by the emotions they have been suppressing. This creates an emotional pressure cooker, and causes easy emotional triggering, labile emotions, difficult relationships, poor sleep, emotional brain fog, negative self-talk, and chronic exhaustion (low emotional resilience).
Medication, talk therapy, and online care don’t work deeply enough to bring lasting relief for many people.
As you become more emotionally resilient, you naturally transition to a more positive disposition. Your inner voice becomes a fan instead of a critic. You naturally feel good about who you are. You develop more supportive relationships and naturally set safe boundaries for yourself.
Old triggers no longer bother you, and you don’t feel stressed.
People who are less stressed can creatively problem solve, and are more flexible in their thinking.
As people clear the deep emotional and core belief wounds, they experience life in a different way. The wounded nervous system is more defensive, scanning experiences for validation, and finding it, even if the evidence is not logical.
A resilient person experiences life with a naturally positive perspective, validating their positive self-esteem and self-talk. They naturally protect themself by setting safe boundaries, and by making choices about relationships and experiences that validate their positive self-perception, and that are pleasurable. Challenging situations are more easily resolved without coming unhinged as win-win solutions are possible as they are more creative and flexible.
