1 IN 4 PEOPLE IN THE WORLD ARE IMPACTED BY MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AT SOME POINT IN THEIR LIFETIME

-World Health Orginization

And at some point, we all experience high levels of stress.
When it builds to the point of overwhelm, it can negatively impact all areas of our lives.

Emotional Resilience is the #1 Issue of Our Time

We can change that.

We believe everyone should have access to results oriented care that can empower them to lead a more balanced, joyful, resilient life that empowers them to fulfill their purpose and dreams.

After providing endless hours of pro bono services over the years, we decided to form a nonprofit dedicated to helping people access the results they have only dared to dream are possible, because we know when people are able to tap into the best of who they are without feeling overwhelmed, they become anchors for those in their sphere, creating safer relationships, deeper connections, positively supporting others who need them without becoming overwhelmed, and accessing their own inner wisdom that guides them to better decisions and better outcomes.

WE SEEK TO EXPAND WHAT THE WORLD THINKS IS POSSIBLE REGARDING EMOTIONAL WELLNESS TO AND HOW EASY IT IS TO ACHIEVE.

strength from within

Our team includes a medical doctor who has treated all types and severity of mental health issues over the past 25+ years, and is experienced in the kind of creative scholarship that can be used to evaluate potential interventions as well as outcomes.  Her experience in mental health has been focused on functional results such as improved relationships, mental clarity, and the ability to recover from the stressors common to everyone. She is a good choice for evaluating potential collaborators and methodologies.

EMPATHY AND DETERMINATION

We also recruited people with diverse backgrounds that include overcoming abuse, early childhood trauma, insecure attachment, orientation and ethnicity challenges, and other personal obstacles but that maintained their desire to overcome their challenges, while cultivating their own increased resilience and compassion.  Our team has the work-life experience that makes makes them passionate about helping others overcome their personal limitations.

resilence is the key to emotional wellness

why build emotional resilience?

high emotional resilience

As people clear the deep emotional and core belief wounds, they experience life in a different way. The wounded nervous system is more defensive, scanning experiences for validation, and finding it, even if the evidence is not logical.

A resilient person experiences life with a naturally positive perspective, validating their positive self-esteem and self-talk. They naturally protect themself by setting safe boundaries, and by making choices about relationships and experiences that validate their positive self-perception, and that are pleasurable. Challenging situations are more easily resolved without coming unhinged as win-win solutions are possible as they are more creative and flexible.
